1. INSURANCE IS THE OBLIGATION OF THE LESSEE, SEE PARAGRAPH #8 IN THE CONTRACT. LESSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE.
  2. WE SEND STATEMENTS WHEN RENT IS DUE.
  3. RENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST AND LATE ON THE 10TH. A SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED ON THE 10TH.
  4. ALL RENTS ARE FOR A CALENDAR MONTH.
  5. ALL RETURNED CHECKS, A SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED.
  6. NO OUTSIDE STORAGE, DIRECT SALES, MECHANICAL WORK OR PAINTING.
  7. LOCATION CAN NOT BE USED FOR A MAILING ADDRESS.
  8. AREA NOT TO BE USED IN VIOLATION OF ANY LAW.
  9. NO SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNMENT TO A THIRD PARTY.
  10. RENT PAYMENTS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  11. ELECTRIC OUTLETS ARE FOR LESSORS/OWNERS USE ONLY.
  1. HAZARDOUS WASTE: NO STORAGE OF ANY CHEMICALS OR MATERIAL WHICH MAY BE FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, TOXIC, ACIDIC, OR ANYTING THAT IS CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS WASTE BY THE CITY, COUNTY, STATE, OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. ANY VIOLATION WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. THE LESSEES OBLIGATION OF INDEMNITY INCLUDE ANY COST, EXPENSE, FINES, OR PENALTIES IMPOSED AGAINST THE PREMISES, LESSEE OR OWNER, OR INCURRED BY OWNER. IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF, IN ANY WAY, THE PRESENCE OF ANY HAZARDOUS TOXIC MATERIAL OR WASTE OR THE DISCHARGE OF SAME, IN, ON, OR ABOUT THE PREMISES RESULTING FROM ANY ACT OR NEGLECT OF THE LESSEE, OR LESSEES AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, INVITEES, OR GUESTS.

  1. NO ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED.
  2. RENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
  3. RENT FOR LESS THAN A CALENDAR MONTH WILL BE AT THE DAILY RATE(SEE RENT SCHEDULE IN THE CONTRACT.)
  4. WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED THE DAY YOU MOVE OUT. (BY LETTER OR USE OUR RECEIPT.)
  5. UNITS WILL BE CLEAN AND EMPTY OR A CLEAN UP CHARGE WILL APPLY.
